Hello, hello, hello! Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge. Being Wednesday night and all, it’s time to get an international jumpstart on Thursday’s Six Sentence Story blog hop.
It’s a lot of fun so I hope you can join us! Rules of the hop are simple:
Write a story in 6 sentences. No more, no less.
Use the cue word of the week.
Write in whatever genre strikes your fancy.
Link up by clicking on the blue frog thingy.
Check out everyone’s stories, share, have fun!
This week’s Cue Word: LIMB
I apologize for my story being a little dark this week, but once I read the prompt word the images of Dachau kept replaying in my mind and I knew I had to share that.

We don’t always choose what to write and what we write is not always immune from being dark. It is reflection and commentary not only on the imagined but also on the unimaginable. The atrocity that was Dachau and Auschwitz goes well beyond unimaginable and yet it was real. I know of no suitable adjectives to describe the heinous acts perpetrated there.
