“You are getting very sleepy…”. It’s a 6.

Now just wait a darned minute…this isn’t what I pictured at all, I mean where are the overstuffed, antiquated bookshelves or the big, billowy furniture or the obscure, yet tasteful artwork??

Tell me Todd, what exactly were you expecting?

(stuttering slightly) I, I, I guess I don’t really know except it certainly wasn’t (arms gesturing outward, his body turning a 360)…this. Janeen described you, well, she described this place anyway, way differently than what I’m seeing.

Isn’t that the point of our meeting, to explore what you’re “seeing” – for your future as well as, if I may add, what you’re not seeing; to find a viable method by which you can achieve your goal(s)? Here, I want you to relax; keep your focus on the tip of this pointer as I gently move it side to side…side to side…until your eyes become heavy, your body relaxes, until your mind is open to…

Sometimes we find our targets in unexpected ways and places. Thought provoking six .

If hypnosis is his forte, who knows what she was seeing when he had her under? Well done, i hope he can define and reach his goals with this help.

Kinda scary when you think about it, huh?!
I bet there’s a fair number of people who are willing to try methods outside of the “mainstream” that have a positive return.
      Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Hope that works for him. Maybe Janeen didn’t think he would go is she described it as it really was.
If it doesn’t work, he might not be so trusting of Janeen in the future.

I like your interesting approach to the cue.

Yeah, it was kind of his “last hope”, figured he’d give it a shot. Hm, perhaps he wouldn’t. Thanks for that insight!
Well, it might reinforce that, while he cares for Janeen, he isn’t convinced she always has the best judgement.
      Thank you, Pat 🙂

It’s fascinating. I’ve wondered the same about myself.
    Thanks, Susan!

I’ve always wondered about hypnotism. I tried it once a long time ago to help me quit smoking and it didn’t work. But what if it could work for stuff like past lives or other cool stuff. Because of the way this one ended I was imagining the hypnotist was going to implant some implant some type of suggestion and turn poor Todd some kind of mass murdering monster!

Has anyone quit smoking through hypnosis? I’m not a smoker but I’ve heard quitting is phenomenally difficult. Not sure that hypnosis could help someone quit such a strong physical addiction. But maybe. Now that would be very interesting. The whole past life thing. Fascinating topic!
      Oh, no! Not Todd, lol.

I’m sure hypnosis had to have helped someone at some point. Nothing worked for me other than just stopping and being miserable until I wasn’t miserable anymore. And poor Todd… what did Janeen refer him to the hypnotist for if not to curb his growing urge for mayhem?! LOL!
