raising my hands to the shower head in thanks, I stood for my absolution

like a penitent at Sunday mass, I welcomed the warmth of cleansing

temporary as it was, it was sacred, this time, water, all healer, now and forever more

pressure, under the right circumstances, is motivational if not productive

however temporal, I knew this moment must end; I was prepared for re-entry

hey, hon – whether by design or pure luck, the new shower head you bought is absolute magic!

    The solitude of the shower stall allows for disconnection from the toils, trials, and tribulations of life. Good post. Very visual.
