Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and Sunday’s prompt word reveal for Six Sentence Stories!
I only just noticed today that the placement of the prompt word last week was not in its usual place, lol But that’s OK. Keeps me on my toes. Of course, had I not noticed, well no never mind I suppose. Except that once upon a time I would have been mortified for having made such an error. Time, age, experience – all have given me perspective on mistakes, oversights, improvement. Same with the writing thing. Don’t most of us strive to become ever more proficient at our craft? The writing challenge that is Six Sentence Stories, besides a heck of a lot of fun, is a tool by which to sharpen one’s writing skills. Whether you require such sharpening or not, we hope you’ll join us this week. And if not writing a 6, consider stopping in for a quick read. There’s always a wonderfully eclectic collection of stories. Have a marvelous week everyone! Read you soon 😀
Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Come back here on Thursday, link your post…
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 🙂
