Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and another edition of Six Sentence Stories!
Confession time. Very often I wake in the morning with a melody and/or lyrics to a song looping in my head, sometimes it’s a song I’ve not listened to in ages. Sometimes it’s not even a song I know well (what’s up with that, lol) And so I’ve thought “hmm.. perhaps I should write down the song titles each morning, return at the end of the week and see if there’s a story there“. Well, we all know the answer to that one kids, right? 😀 Needless to say, I’m appreciative of Mr. Bradbury’s encouraging advice in today’s quote. It is, after all, what we’ve been doing here at Six Sentence Stories, 52 weeks of the year for, well, a bunch of years. If you’ve a mind to, we’d love for you to write and link a 6 sentence story or poem or excerpt from a wip. Creativity. Let’s share it.
