Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and Sunday’s prompt word reveal for Six Sentence Stories!
A new day has dawned. Another opportunity. So what shall we do today? Here’s a suggestion! Why not begin the week by writing a Six Sentence Story? No, not a novel idea as many of you do write your Six once this post is published and the prompt word revealed. But if you’re like me and don’t typically get a head start, it’s a chance to set out on a scouting mission. If nothing pops up unexpectedly on it’s own, that is. It’s a new day, what say we get to it? Writing, exploring, experiencing, creating….yeah, let’s write.
Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Link up at Wednesday’s post. Link goes live at 6:00 pm through Saturday late…
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 😀
PROMPT WORD: BOWL
“I learned…that inspiration does not come like a bolt, nor is it kinetic, energetic striving, but it comes into us slowly and quietly and all the time, though we must regularly, and every day, give it a little chance to start flowing, prime it with a little solitude and idleness.”
– Brenda Ueland
Thank you, Frank! Thank you, Gabriela!

I should say so! Maybe tying a bowline while wearing a bowler hat?
