Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and another edition of Six Sentence Stories!
Forgive my redundancy as I speak of a topic that appears to be one ever more present (in my self evolution). The concept of routine. Being on a summer va-ca in the homeland this week, and being the morning of opening night for this most helpful writing challenge that is Six Sentence Stories, I remind myself of the potential availability of even more stories for having transported myself 420 miles from my typical day to day. And yet, the beauty of what you and I do, isn’t reliant on specific physical location, nor does it rely on time of day. The Six invites us to sit with our muse wherever and whenever and compose precisely 6 sentences. It invites us each and every week to share our creative selves, however it manifests – flash story, poetic telling or perhaps the next scene in your on-going serial story. Heck, it can be pure soc (fun and scary at the same time, lol). Wherever, whenever you are, we hope you’ll join us here at the ‘Edge tonight through Saturday night, link up your Six and enjoy a little word travel. We’ll leave the light on 🙂
Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
