It’s Six Sentence Story Thursday Link Up!

Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and another edition of Six Sentence Stories!
Anything odd happen to you this week? Come on. Spill. Your secret’s safe at the ‘Edge 🙂 No? OK. I’ll go first. 2 weird things happened to me Sunday, both related except for some reason I can’t seem to remember the second one. Go figure. Anyway, it’s early morning and I’m cruising the Google. Coffee consumed, I tended to writing the Sunday Six Sentence Story Word Prompt post. Believing I had tons of time to go back and visit all those open pages I’d visited, I kept them open. One of those open tabs: YouTube. I’ve recently become a Lenny Kravitz fan and had been listening to Lenny’s Fields of Joy. Halfway through the Six post, I’m caught by surprise by the soft strains of music coming from my laptop, followed by Lenny’s voice. I swear to you – I did not click play on the vid nor was my mouse cursor anywhere near the YouTube open tab. Whew! Felt good to get that off my chest, lol. So where does that leave me? Why, right here, this afternoon, writing Thursday’s Six Sentence Stories link post. What better venue at which to share the odd occurrence (imagined or not), the newest episode in your ongoing serial story, or words of poetry insisting they be let loose on a field of white to travel the internet.
You are invited to write and share. In precisely 6 sentences.

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Link the URL to your post via the blue “Click here to enter” button below.
Link is live Wednesday 6:00 PM, ends way late Saturday night!
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers  😀

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

Hi Roy. Cool! Glad you’ve joined in and appreciate the link in the comment field.

If you scroll up a bit in the post, you’ll see a blue “click here to enter” button. If you click on that, it takes you to a second page where you add the url to your Six to the collection of the other Six Sentence participants. Once linked, a thumbnail for your Six appears on this page and everyone (who doesn’t already go to your blog) can find you.

Please let me know if you have difficulty linking. If you do, I’ll link for you so everyone will know there’s another Six to read 🙂

Btw, good timing! Link closes right before midnight tonight. Welcome to Six Sentence Stories 🙂

P.S. Not sure about pingbacks either but when I approve them they show in the comment field of the post. Can be confusing as it appears that’s where you link.

Thanks! I hope the link in the comments in good enough. Blogspot and WordPress never did play well together!
