Sunday’s Six Sentence Story Word Prompt!

Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and Sunday’s prompt word reveal for Six Sentence Stories!
You know the feeling you get when you wake up in the morning and the first thing you’re thinking is “holy (insert word of choice) I’ve got so much to do today! how am I going to get it all done?!” Energy. Depending on one’s viewpoint, is always available. The challenge? How to access it at will. Enter another challenge. One easily accessed through imagination. It is the challenge to write a Six Sentence Story and participate in the blog hop known as Six Sentence Stories. The hop is about you, about us. Writers all. Here, at GirlieOnTheEdge, is a platform at our disposal by which to enhance our writing skills, share our creative selves, converse with other writers – in short, have a good time. Invitation goes out weekly: write a story, fiction or not, write poetry in any of the various forms, write the next scene from novel or serial or write a snapshot of memoir-ette. Do this, writing 6 and only 6 sentences, return here beginning this Wednesday evening, link your Six and enjoy the next few days socializing with Sixarians from around the globe. You’ll be glad you did. May your week be fueled by positive energy.

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Link up at Wednesday’s post. Link goes live at 6:00 pm through Saturday late…
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 😀

PROMPT WORD WEAR

It’s almost like these sentences and phrases appear as colored threads, and then it is a question of weaving them into a fabric.” – Arundhati Roy

When I find where I put that energy, I’ll be raring to go. Just having a look beneath the bed… 😉
