Sunday’s Six Sentence Story Word Prompt!

Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and Sunday’s prompt word reveal for Six Sentence Stories!
What say we do a 2 fer on the T’s? Who am I to question when the prompt word is (somewhat insistently) served on me. Slid under my door this morning – a crisp, white envelope containing a singular slip of linen paper, a word written in calligraphy. What’s a Girlie to do? And so I offer it up to you, writers extraordinaire, to conjure a Six Sentence Story using the prompt word shown below. Startle and impress, comfort and amuse, enlighten and encourage us in no more or no less than 6 sentences. It may be in the form of story, poem, recollection, soc or the next episode in your ongoing story. Please join us this week by linking the URL to your story this coming Wednesday evening as we kick off the event known as Six Sentence Stories. Enjoy each day until we read again 😊

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Link up at Wednesday’s post. Link goes live at 6:00 pm through Saturday late…
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 😀

PROMPT WORDTERM

My last page is always latent in my first; but the intervening windings of the way become clear only as I write.” – Edith Wharton
