Sunday’s Six Sentence Story Word Prompt!

Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and Sunday’s prompt word reveal for Six Sentence Stories!
Believe it or not, the irony of this week’s prompt word being presented on a Sunday, just hit me. And so a smile. Good way to begin writing. Having said that, I have written imo, some of my best poetry, when not smiling. So many reasons to write, they are lost in the simple fact, we all love doing it. We enjoy storytelling and exploring. We enjoy playing with words like playdough or silly putty, molding  and stretching them, then throwing them up on the screen in a way unique to ourselves. It is no less an offering than that of a Sunday service. And so I pass the offering basket around and invite you to contribute a Six Sentence Story to be added to the weekly collection of Six Sentence Stories, memorialized in the blog hop of the same name. 6 and only 6 sentences. Use the prompt word. Link your Six beginning Wednesday. Let the celebration begin.

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Link up at Wednesday’s post. Link goes live at 6:00 pm through Saturday late…
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 😀

PROMPT WORD SIN

    Libera animas omnium fidelium
    Defunctorum de poenis inferni
    Et de profundo lacu
    Libera eas de ore leonis
    Ne absorbeat eas tartarus
    Ne cadant in obscurum.

As much as I love Wolfy and his Requiem, I will go with your light version. Actually, I currently must …despite Lacrimosa dies illa…still calls.

Oh dear, Denise, I fear that this week’s prompt will send the feeble-minded off on a tangent towards sine and cosine, where angles fear to tread.

    Very funny, Denise.
I post a story about mortal sin and you use it as next week’s prompt.
Can I just use the same story again or is that too a sin?

In the name of the father, the son and the holy Six…of course that would be a sin, ceayr 😁
