Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and another edition of Six Sentence Stories!
Hey, anyone live where daylight savings time is not observed? Just curious. ‘Course out here in the ether-land, no need for saving daylight. It’s whatever time we want it to be. Beginning this evening, it will be Six Sentence Story Time right on up to late, late Saturday night. I’ll be the first to say Six Sentence Story Time stands right beside daylight savings time as my favorite “time”. How can it not?! Our challenge every week – write a story, a vignette, a poem, the next episode or scene from a serial or wip or even a stream of consciousness piece in 6 and only 6 sentences. I know, I know. Sounds simple enough. And it is. Yet, not necessarily easy. However, it does get a little easier with every Six Sentence Story we write. Shall we go another round?
Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
