Sunday’s Six Sentence Story Word Prompt!

Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and Sunday’s prompt word reveal for Six Sentence Stories!
I’ve just taken the first sip of morning coffee and contemplating who, or what, is responsible for sending me on a search for “origins and first cause”…hello, Aristotle and Plutarch, lol. That in turn, led me to this moment – re-emphasizing the necessity of “engaging the world”.  Inclined towards being a solitary individual, the years have shown, and shared, with me the riches collected from participating in life’s social fabric. Which is what several of you did a couple of weeks ago when you offered prompt words to use. This week’s prompt word, courtesy of Tom. Stop me (not really😁)  if you’ve heard this before – I’m certain of one thing. All of us love to write. All of us enjoy sharing our writing and all of us enjoy the conversations sparked by one person’s comment at their Six Sentence Story. Every week, we have opportunity to weave the fabric of this community of writers, Six Sentence Stories. A blog hop engaging us with a story, poem, or scene from a continuing serial story, vignette or the occasional “soc” written in exactly 6 sentences. It’s the only needle you’ll need. Sewing/knitting basket is on the table, right inside the door…yes, there. Have a wonderful week and may all the words find you.

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Link up at Wednesday’s post. Link goes live at 6:00 pm through Saturday late…
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 😀

It’s not the fear of writing that blocks people, it’s the fear of not writing well; something quite different.” – Scott Berkun

I like that quote, Denise. I think at times, you just need to write and see what happens. Sometimes, it’s surprising what turns up!

Wish I could take credit for it, Dora, but I can’t!
Tom suggested it a couple of weeks ago. There’s a link to his blog in the post.
      Happy Six Writing!
