Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and another edition of Six Sentence Stories!
How fun was last week’s Six?! Given I’m on the zombie train, been listening to music a bit more energetic. Music often inspires, just as a conversation or glance out a window, a passerby on the street. Wherever and whatever the source, seems we’ve got to run with it when we can. No matter where it leads us. We can pretend we have a choice but do we really? If we’re serious that is, about writing. Well, that’s what we’re here for. To write stories and poetry, the next scene or installment in a serial that took on a life of its own or a wee bit of soc (stream of consciousness). And why? We’re storytellers. In precisely 6 sentences. You know it. I know it. Let’s show everyone else.
Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.

PROMPT WORD: EXPLORE
“[Horror fiction] shows us that the control we believe we have is purely illusory, and that every moment we teeter on chaos and oblivion.” – Clive Barker
