Sunday’s Six Sentence Story Word Prompt!

Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and Sunday’s prompt word reveal for Six Sentence Stories!
Talk about distraction. You see a crumb at the bottom of the page or a link begging to be opened and well, let the travel begin, lol. Such is this virtual world, this most marvelous, insidious virtual world, the internet. Such is all – can’t have good without evil, right? Can’t have a hero without a villain. Cannot show pain and sadness without the goodness and humor, generosity and compassion. Writing is a complex activity, non? Even in its simplicity. Each week we begin with a prompt word to toss around in a word salad, simmer and sauté in a panful of emotion and utilize it in a story, scene, memoir-ette or poem comprising precisely 6 sentences. We are Six Sentence Stories. You are writers. What are we going to write this week? As always, we welcome you back this Thursday (Wednesday evening for the early birds) for another glimpse into somewhere else.

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Link up at Wednesday’s post. Link goes live at 6:00 pm through Saturday late…
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 😀
