It’s Six Sentence Story Thursday Link Up!

Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and the Thursday Six Sentence Story Blog Hop! Schools are back in session and I was thinking maybe I ought to offer an SSS refresher. With so many different writing challenges everyone participates in, no doubt the days occasionally blur and you find yourself asking “what day does this one start?” 😀
So here’s the Six Sentence Story cheat sheet:

Sunday:  I publish a post solely to present the prompt word to use for the next SSS.
Thursday: I publish* the post containing the Inlinkz link to link up your story so everyone’s story appears on the same page for easy access and exposure.
*in deference to international writers, I publish the post “unofficially” Wednesday evening, US EST. You can link up any time after 6:00 pm US EST.
The Six Sentence Story Blog Hop runs Thursday – Tuesday.

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Come back here Thursday through Tuesday, link your post…
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 🙂

It’s Six Sentence Story Thursday Link Up!

Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and another edition of Six Sentence Stories! Anyone else feeling as if we’re on the other side of winter? Well, if not, consider the advantage that winter provides: it keeps us (most of us, lol) indoors more hours of the day than any other season, therefore….we have wa-ay more time in front of our computers or laptops or tablets….which means…. wa-ay more time to write! So why not share a story or a poem or 6 sentences from a work in progress, link up and join in the fun that is the
Six Sentence Story Blog Hop. Hey!! A big shout out to the new writers who’ve linked up the last couple of weeks, hope we see you back again this week 🙂 Write on people! I’ll read you soon!

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Come back here on Thursday, link your post…
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 🙂
