Sunday’s Six Sentence Story Word Prompt!

Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and Sunday’s prompt word reveal for Six Sentence Stories!
Even the tiniest of variation in the doing of things we normally do has the potential of leading us to  “places” we have missed otherwise. A little rattle to habit, a brief  interruption, all are fodder for our imaginations. Given our reaction, we might be inspired to poetry, driven to a dramatic next scene or discover a mystery hidden in the shadows. Creative writing is joy and passion, exercise and discipline, excitement and silliness, humor and catharsis. It’s whatever we want or need it to be. We wield a tool not everyone has hanging on their belt. Words. Sentences. Stories. Here, at the Six Sentence Story Blog Hop, we are tasked, challenged and invited to write a story, vignette, poem or next scene, in precisely 6 sentences. Whether hanging on your belt or lying in the top shelf of the tool box, whatsay we break out our our hammers, chisels, mallets, pen nibs and ink and share a Six Sentence Story.

Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
Link up at Wednesday’s post. Link goes live at 6:00 pm through Saturday late…
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers.

PROMPT WORD:  FAINT

No need to force yourself to do something the “right way” if it’s not your right way. Your job is to honor your process.– Andi Cumbo
