Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and another edition of Six Sentence Stories!
Attention those living in the Northern Hemisphere! Today is Summer Solstice. For those of you living in the Southern Hemisphere, it’s Winter Solstice. Some of us will rejoice, some not so much. You know, I’m quite fond of holidays and special events coinciding with the opening of the Six Sentence Story Blog Hop. Yeah, yeah. The official first day of the SSS hop is tomorrow, Thursday, but the doors to Six Sentence Stories opens early on Wednesday evenings U.S. EST because somewhere on the planet, it’s already someone else’s Thursday. So-o-o….will we have summer and/or winter themed Sixes? Will your 6 sentences be flash fiction? Or will you write your 6 sentences as poetry? Have you another 6 sentence installment ready in your WIP? Will you dazzle, entertain or mesmerize us with 6 sentences of soc? We’d love for you to show us. Let Six Sentence Stories begin!
Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.
