Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and another edition of Six Sentence Stories!
I’m reminded of the Orson Scott Card quote: “Everybody walks past a thousand story ideas every day. The good writers are the ones who see five or six of them. Most people don’t see any.” I totally get that and so do you. The challenge will always be in the writing of that story. And to that end we write. And write. And write some more in an effort to tell the story such that we totally engage our audience. Among the plethora of writing challenges and blog hops available out here on the ‘net, is Six Sentence Stories. A writing challenge/blog hop that offers for free, the opportunity to learn to write better, to practice our storytelling. 6 sentences at a time. What do you say? See it. Write it. Share it.
Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.

Link is live Wednesday through Saturday night late!
Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 😀
PROMPT WORD: REMNANT

I couldn’t wait until you had a new prompt to continue my story, so I linked the second part to this post too.
