Welcome to GirlieOnTheEdge and another edition of Six Sentence Stories!
And an “especial” one (“Welcome”) to the newer folks we’ve seen mingling and linking and otherwise making themselves comfortable at Six Sentence Stories. As many of you have heard me say before, (no, do NOT roll your eyes! yes, I can too, see you, lol) don’t hesitate to pull up a chair inside the Café. Let’s swap stories. 6 sentences at a time, of course! Why 6 sentences? Because we are the blog hop internationally renowned for writing stories and poetry and scenes and such, all within the precise parameters of 6 and only 6 sentences. “Piece ‘o cake” you say? Challenge on my friends! In fact, if you have not yet tried your hand at writing a Six Sentence Story, I challenge you to do so. And I will go even further by telling you, once you have written a Six, you will want to write another! So’s lucky for us we meet weekly, beginning on the day/time recited in those Blog Hop Rules below. So…shall we Six it?
Rules of the hop:
Write 6 Sentences. No more. No less.
Use the current week’s prompt word.

Spread the word and put in a good one to your fellow writers 😀
PROMPT WORD: MESS
“I think we all have a little bit of that beautiful madness that keeps us walking when everything around us is so insanely sane.” – Julio Cortázar
Great quote! And as so many of these bloggers’ posts show…it’s true!
